TBH: Task Bar Hero Builds

v1.00.06Updated 2026-06-02

The best builds for every class in TBH: Task Bar Hero. The golden rule: pick a class’s primary role and build entirely into it — don’t spread stats thin. Match your gear to the class, too (attack speed on the Ranger, spell power on the Sorcerer, armour on the Knight).

Stat priorities by role

Crit Chance and Attack Speed have no hard cap in this engine — crit can even exceed 100% — so damage dealers scale almost endlessly into them.

Recommended stat priorities for each role
RolePrioritiseNotes
DPSAttack Damage, Attack Speed, Crit ChanceTake flat damage first at low levels — % attack-speed bonuses are weak until your base damage is high.
TankArmor, HP, Damage ReductionAdd HP Regeneration to survive Act 3 and beyond. A hybrid splash of Attack Damage is fine.
SupportHealing & buff power, some HPThe Priest’s buffs and heals scale the whole team — keep her alive behind the tank.

Per-class build notes

Build focus and key skills for each class
ClassBuild focus & key skills
KnightEight points into Health Boost first, then one into his active skill and one into Attack Damage. From level 10, prioritise Armor Boost. Go full tank, or hybrid in some damage.
HunterEnhance Attack as hard as possible so the crossbow’s elemental bolts (the ice shot can freeze bosses) hit harder. Pair with classes that buff her — she scales beautifully behind a Priest.
PriestBuild into healing and buff power. Favour the Sanctuary skill over basic Heal once you reach higher levels — your Knight needs the extra sustain for Act 3+.
SorcererRaise ability (spell) power as high as possible for AoE clears, and lean on her slow abilities to control packs. Keep her behind a tank — her health is low.
SlayerA momentum bruiser whose damage ramps as he lands kills. Stack Attack Damage and Crit so the snowball gets going faster; he hits single targets and groups depending on the skill.
RangerFlat Attack Damage for the first few levels, then reset on your second skill slot, pivot into Rain of Arrows, and stack Crit Chance. At high levels, favour basic-attack-based skills over time-based ones.

Gear, the Cube & teams

The Hero-dric Cube unlocks at level 4 and opens on Synthesis by default — switch it to Alchemy to turn junk gear into gold. Use Synthesis (nine same-rarity items) to push rarity, and socket stat materials into Blue+ gear that matches each hero’s role. The full Hero-dric Cube & gear guide walks through every function, rarity tier, and socket type.

Builds are only half the picture — the other half is who you field. The strongest team is Knight + Hunter + Priest; the best fully free team is Knight + Sorcerer + Priest. See the full class tier list and the beginner guide for the bigger picture.
